SpinBlock ("the App") is developed and published by an independent developer. This policy explains what limited data the App collects, why, and how it is used.
Locally on your device (never leaves your device except as described below):
Sent to our backend (Firebase) for the optional global leaderboards:
This anonymous identifier and score data is used solely to display daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards inside the App. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
SpinBlock shows optional rewarded video ads (e.g., to recharge a board rotation or continue a game) via Google AdMob. Ads are entirely opt-in — you choose when to watch one. Google AdMob and its partners may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Leaderboard data (anonymous identifier + score + nickname) is retained on our servers to keep historical rankings available. Since the identifier is anonymous and not linked to your real identity, we cannot look up or delete an individual leaderboard entry on request — uninstalling the App and reinstalling it generates a new anonymous identifier, disconnecting you from any previous entries.
SpinBlock does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require any personal information to play, and the optional nickname field should not contain real names.
This policy may be updated as the App evolves (for example, if new features are added). Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
